Natural Fervor’s High-Quality Omega 3 Soft gels is a rich source of omega-3, omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids. Omega-3 and omega-6 are essential fatty acids, as they cannot be formed in the body. Omega-9 fatty acids can be formed in the body so they are not, technically speaking, “essential”. Omega-3 fatty acids comprises of Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which play important roles in our body.

For example, EPA helps reduce inflammation, help reduce symptoms of depression.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): extremely important for normal brain development and function. Omega- 3 fatty acids can increase "good" HDL cholesterol. They can also reduce triglycerides, blood pressure and the formation of arterial plaques. Taking Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce symptoms of depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It can also reduce the risk of psychotic disorders for those who are
at risk. Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in weight management and can help reduce waist circumference. Consuming Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet can help decrease the amount of fat in your liver. Omega-3 fats are anti-inflammatory, meaning they can reduce the inflammation in your body that can contribute to a number of chronic diseases. Omega-3 fatty acids may also help improve memory in older people. People with higher Omega-3 fatty acids intake and blood levels tend to have better bone mineral density.

Omega-6 Fatty Acids?

Like omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids. And they are also essential, so you need to obtain them from your diet. The most common omega-6 fat is Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA): mainly used by the body for energy. Linoleic acid, which can be converted into longer omega-6 fats such as arachidonic acid (ARA). Like EPA, ARA is used to produce eicosanoids. However, the eicosanoids produced by ARA are more pro-inflammatory. Pro-inflammatory eicosanoids are important chemicals in the immune system. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid found in certain oils, such as evening primrose oil and borage oil. When consumed, much of it is converted to another fatty acid called dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid (DGLA). One study showed that taking a high dose of GLA supplements significantly reduced a number of symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is another form of omega-6 fat that has some health benefits. For example, one large study found that taking 3.2 grams of CLA supplements per day effectively reduced body fat mass in humans.

    Ingredients

The right balance of Omega 3, 6 & 9 is vital. Omega supplements help boost vitamin contents, and provide potent antioxidant-like properties that help to free the body of toxins and eradicate free radicals before they have time to attack our cells.

There are some very unique differences associated with omega 3 supplements and omega 3.6.9 supplements. To begin with, the omega 9 is a monounsaturated fat, as opposed to a polyunsaturated fat, and that is not actually essential. Omega 3.6.9 capsules provide more benefits to the human body than omega 3 alone.
